This is your opportunity to join our Sandfield Day Nursery in Headington. We are looking to welcome a full time Team Leader (room based) to the established and friendly nursery team. Work should be fun and we are looking for individuals who share that philosophy.

You will work with the management team to deliver high quality standards of childcare, promote partnerships with families and external agencies, and ensure every child thrives in a safe environment. You will support, mentor and guide colleagues so they consistently provide children under 5 with a 'Sound Foundation' for life.

Our generous salaries are highly competitive. As a Team Leader qualified to level 3 or above in Early Years you will earn £21,673.60 - £25,771.20 per annum (£10.42-£12.39 per hour) working 40 hours per week.

This is a full time role working between 37.5 to 40 hours a week all year round.
