We have an exciting 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join the People Experience Team in Bath.
The main purpose of the role will be to develop and deliver engaging internal communications in the support of a large transformation project.

This role will offer the opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing department, where you will make a large contribution to the continued engagement of colleagues.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a communications strategy and plan in support of a large-scale transformation project
* Manage a suite of high quality internal channels in the delivery of the communications plan
* Ensure communications are delivered across a range of creative and engaging channels
* Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders associated to the project and wider business
* Ensure that communications remain engaging, whilst adhering to the group style and tone of voice
Liaise with external communications colleagues, to confirm internal and external messaging is appropriately aligned

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong background within Internal Communications, including supporting large-scale transformation projects
* Experience of developing and delivering communications plans

* A history of working within financial services would be highly advantageous
* Creative approach to the delivery of communications
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate autonomously and be a self-starter
