This role would suit an experienced IT Manager or a Service Delivery Manager who is looking for a transformational Opportunity. Due to this being a transitional role it is an Initial 1 year, FTC with potential to extend. On completion of your first year, there will be a £5000 bonus paid!

You will form part of the team, with the key challenge being, to ensure continuity of service whilst the new infrastructure and support model are being developed.

You will be managing a complex set of existing and new suppliers to ensure the right service delivery model is set up.

This is an operational role and you will be critical part of the team during this busy period. You will engage with key business stakeholders and IT teams, building strong relationships and ensuring day to day tasks and issues are dealt with efficiently, whilst planning for the future.

You will need to have a self-starter attitude and be happy to role your sleeves up. This isnt an overly structured ITIL Environment so we are looking for someone who has solid service management skills that can deliver with the right level of governance.

You will need:

*Solid Service Management

*Excellent 3rd party/stakeholder management experience

*An excellent practical attitude

*Good problem solving skills and evidence of strategic approaches to fault diagnosis.

*A good understanding or networks, infrastructure and software is beneficial

*Ability to work remotely / unsupported
