We have an exciting opportunity for an individual that is looking to further their career within our award winning Credit Service department, within Aggregate Industries.

About the role

As one of our Credit Services Team Members, you will join a professional team providing customer-focused, timely administration and enjoy flexibility in your approach.

Reporting to one of our Credit Managers and working closely with other members of the Credit Services team, you'll be actively involved in cash collections via the telephone, with the aid of collection software. The individual must be driven to deliver fantastic customer focus.

Key deliverables
  • Aiming to achieve Company cash objectives and Key Performance Indicators
  • Taking ownership of credit limits and terms Responsibility for your own dedicated section of Sales Ledger
  • Supporting the Team Lead or Senior Specialist, ensuring to motivate the team and be empowered to make decisions.
