Customer Service Helpdesk Manager
Cirencester
Up to £23,000 DOE


Key Duties:
  • Manage the day to day running of the helpdesk team
  • Conducting of team training and appraisals
  • Liaising with clients as to progress of jobs
  • Attend client meetings when required
  • Creation of daily reports
  • Place orders with contractors as required
  • Monitor and audit service requests
  • Receiving and validating contractors' invoices

Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Experience of leading a helpdesk team is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced and busy working environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational, time management and scheduling abilities
  • Customer service and administration skills
