Property Strategy Project Manager role is to fulfil the organisations short term property strategy and you will be responsible for the entire scope required for successful delivery of the project. To deliver these by complying with Governance and processes specifically; Project Management, Health & Safety, Commercial, Risk & Value, Budget. Manage a delivery team and all key stakeholders.

Property Strategy Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Ability to create, deliver and maintain comprehensive and detailed project work plans to track progress and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

* Ensures project documentation is appropriately stored

* Use verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule and costs

* Understanding of the financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions

* Competent in required project methodology

* Able to identify resource requirements

* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s)

* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)

* Submits project status reports to stakeholders

* During the project process share lessons learned or best practice with stake holders

* Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business stake holders to get new requirements and explain feasibility

* Ability to anticipate and react to change

* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

* Perform risk management to minimise project risks

* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

* Obtaining permits and licences from appropriate authorities if required


Property Strategy Project Manager experience:

* Proven working experience in design and build projects

* Able to work in a pressurised environment within Financial Services

* Excellent organisational skills

Job Offer

Upto £600 per day
