Client Details

My client is a well established, fast growing SME business that is looking to expand their finance team.

Description

The key responsibilities would include:
  • Timely & effective collection of all debts to our terms
  • Chasing invoices by phone, email & letter
  • Sending monthly statements
  • Liaising with departments for query resolution
  • Cashiering (processing departments payments daily)
  • Credit checking customers and reviewing credit limits
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Banking Rota
  • Allocating payments on a daily basis and preparing daily banking
  • Maintaining & updating debt spreadsheets

Profile

The successful candidate:
  • Vast amount of credit control experience
  • ICM qualification would be desired however not essential
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Use of initiative
  • Ability to establish & maintain good client relationships both internally & externally
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
