Finance Administrator - Job Overview

As a Finance Administrator your duties will include;

  • Updating and maintaining the department purchase order system
  • Provide purchase order numbers where required to team members, suppliers & sub-contractors
  • Monitor the forecasted values to enable as accurate as possible monthly profit prediction
  • Ensure all works and callouts are accounted for and logged on to the system
  • Receiving all invoices in to the department and ensuring all are chased and received each month
  • Check all invoices and costs are correct in line with current agreed charges
  • Ensure all invoices are entered into and raised in Sage
  • Ensure all invoices are sent out in the relevant method as specifically requested by customers
  • Resolve customer / contractor / supplier invoice queries in a timely manner

Finance Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience in finance would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn are essential
