6 Month temporary contract Manchester City Centre £ 10.26 per hour PAYE

My Client, Coop Group in Manchester are recruiting for an Invoice and expenses administrator to join their offices in central Manchester.

You will be working in a state of the art office based 2 minutes away from Victoria train and tram station and 3 minutes away from Shudehill bus station. The office has a fully equipped gym and has 2 restaurants and coffeehouses in addition to an onsite shop and post office.

Main duties
  • The timely and accurate processing of incoming work so that invoices/credits notes and expense claims are processed within the agreed SLA's and are authorised in line with the delegated level of authority.
  • Control and upkeep of the financial databases connected to processing area to ensure the accuracy of data used for accrual purposes.
  • Co-ordinate the daily smooth planning and allocation of the teams workflow using the eG work measurement application including the daily monitoring of performance against targets so that SLA's are met and any day to day issues are resolved.
  • Co-ordinate the timely resolution and escalation of issues arising on a day to day basis ensuring that own and teams knowledge to deal with such issues is developed for the future
