Role: SCR Growth Hub Gateway & CRM Officer

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term - 31 March 2021

Salary: £24,313 - £26,999 per annum

Location: Broad Street West, Sheffield, S1 2BQ

To help us do that we are currently seeking talented people to join our team.

The post will be responsible for providing the first-line of support to businesses within the Sheffield City Region who require support from our Growth Hub Gateway team.

The Sheffield City Region Growth Hub exists to help businesses find the best possible business support to grow. Acting as a 'gateway' so businesses can access specialists in any field of business development needed, including innovation, exporting, accessing finance or training, the service is designed to enable businesses across the Sheffield City Region to get the support they need to thrive.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who has experience in providing an effective first line advisory service and CRM administration to join our team in the role of Gateway & CRM Officer for

the SCR Growth Hub. The successful candidate will have strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills with the ability to handle a variety of internal & external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can offer the following:
  • Ability to provide the first line of support to businesses within the SCR, undertake the initial diagnosis function and make appropriate referrals for support both within and external to the Growth Hub
  • Experience of proficient administration, utilisation and updating of a CRM system to good effect.
  • Experience of building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Have good organisation and time management skills
  • Good problem-solver, adapting to changes in circumstances or information
  • Knowledge of CRM requirements and protocols
