The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leader in the development of software for the broadcast and sports industries. With offices located across the globe, my client is looking to expand their UK team, and are recruiting for a Contracts & Sales Administration Specialist.

This is a unique position, which requires an experienced contracts specialist - who possess the organisational skills and professional attitude in order to retain existing business, and process new opportunities.

You're Purpose

As an experienced Contracts & Sales Administration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance and sales team. You will processes quoted purchase orders from customers into sales orders for the portfolio of product and services; and will have previous experience working in a similar role, enabling you to take a proactive approach to customer renewals and contracts support.

As a strong communicator, you will be confident in your ability to interact with the sales and professional services teams. Ensuring you support in the accurate and complete fulfillment of sales order, through to closing out opportunities and managing/minimising backlog

With a genuine interest in technology designed to support the media industry, you will be meticulous with your attention to detail providing an exceptional level of services to new and existing customers.

You and your experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar operations role

• Experience working with Salesforce (preferred)

• Experience working with ERP system, NetSuite (desired)

You will have a strong personality that is highly collaborative. You will be the 'Go to person' that provides proactive solutions to your colleagues, with a positive 'Can do attitude' reassuring those around you that all tasks will be juggled and completed within agreed deadlines.

As self-starter you will have a proven method to resolving problems. As an organised and diligent professional you operate independently, set and enforce smart boundaries, and provide recommendations consistent with good business practices and common sense
