Our client is a world leading research-based pharmaceutical company renowned for pushing the boundaries of medical innovation are seeking an experienced Financial Compliance Coordinator, EMEA to provide financial compliance support and perform analytical activities with emphasis on process standardisation and assistance in maintaining internal controls framework. Job Specific Responsibilities:
* Assist in carrying out analytical reviews to ensure process harmonisation and standardisation across EMEA entities.
* Update SOPs and Policies as directed.
* Assist in maintaining authorisation matrix in systems
* Assist in documenting risk and control matrix for Finance function
* Assist in liaising with internal and external audit activities
* Assist in maintaining and updating Internal Controls questionnaires and liaise with performing JSOX activities
* Assist in management reporting as required
* SAP support activities as directed

Skills/Qualifications:
* ACA ACCA CIMA finalist or a newly qualified Accountant
* Financial accounting experience with exposure to month end closing activities
* Financial compliance exposure e.g. Sarbanes Oxley Act or other Corporate Governance regulations
* Exposure to Internal Controls framework
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Ability to work with large data sets
* Team Player
* Analytical skills
