Much of the working week will be focussed on:

c) Output targets are being achieved.

d) We are following the correct processes.

  • Balancing the production line ensuring staff resources are in the right places.
  • Ensuring production paperwork is effectively controlled and accurately filled in.
  • Providing daily reports on KPIs.

1) Ambitious: Someone who is committed to developing themselves and their career.

2) Hard Working: Someone who is used to working in a fast paced environment.

3) Strong People Management skills: You need to have a good understanding of people, what motivates them and how you can get the best out of them. Experience in a people management role is essential, this does not necessarily have to be in food.

4) Intelligent: Our production process is structured but you still need an ability to think on your feet and problem solve.

5) Food Production experience: You need to have worked in a food production environment at some level.

6) Quality focussed: You must be passionate about doing the best job possible.
