About the roleWe're looking for experienced Project Managers who will help us deliver best in class projects across our business and to our clients. We are particularly keen to attract people with project management experience from multiple sectors such as Financial services, Technology, IT, Construction and Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
The planning and execution of large, complex, and strategically significant client programmesUnderstanding our strategy to design and plan initiatives and to shape and deliver execution. Mobilisation and leading cross-functional teams across our client programmesDriving and maintaining senior leadership and client engagement. Driving standardisation and best in class quality through the use of our accredited framework and methodologies
Who we are looking for
Essential
Strong influencer who is great at connecting the dots at the organisation, strategy, program, and project levels.Strong business acumen and ability to build an understanding of the business, to develop a deep understanding of business needs, to build and shape delivery plans.Comfortable working with, presenting to, and facilitating decisions among senior stakeholder. Able to ask the right questions and challenge the status quo.Proven strength in positions of leadership with the ability to mobilise, inspire, and lead teams.Demonstrated experience designing and leading strategic planning. Able to engage not just on the how, but also the why.Expert knowledge of project management. Knows the tools (eg., change management, planning, risk management, strong communication) and when to use them, when not to use them, and when it's time to create new ones.4+ years experience in project management and/or management consulting role. Desirable
Undergraduate degree (e.g. BA, BSc)Relevant professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Lean

Location
You will be based in Belfast, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations within the UK and beyond, sometimes at short notice and sometimes over lengthy periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. Candidates who are unable or do not wish to work on projects in other locations will still be considered.
