I am working with a business based just outside Central Harrogate who are looking to recruit into their finance team. The company is made up of 7 profitable businesses which offers ambitious candidates the room to grow and develop professionally.

The role has come about due to an internal promotion and would suit a candidate who is at the early stages of ACCA or CIMA or recently completed AAT.

The company offer full study support as well as the chance to surround yourself with peers at a similar level. The role is focused around internal system and process development which keeps things varied but you won't lose your month end exposure.


Assist with month end process; Accruals, Prepayments, Journals.

Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Play a key role in half year and year end reporting.

Cost analysis for IT function.

Ad-hoc reporting for Group Finance Managers.

Be the finance go to for I.T finance testing across the Shared Service Centre.

Have an inquisitive nature and constantly be on the look-out for potential systems developments to save 'time to process'
