About the Role:
  • Will have responsibility as a senior team member, interacting with senior levels in client organizations
  • Coaching & mentoring of consultants
  • Identifying, developing and implementing process improvement ideas that drive improved efficiencies and cost savings
  • Meeting and exceeding all service level requirements and driving exceptional client satisfaction
  • Firm building activities including recruiting, training etc
  • Participating in Firm Growth Strategy & Execution activities

What we're looking for:
  • 3-8 year's consulting experience with a respected consulting firm
  • significant experience in project management and process improvement in the procurement area
  • excellent knowledge of procurement systems and sourcing process
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in leading small and medium size projects and assignments
  • Ability to work in self-managed and team environments
  • European languages would be beneficial

About the Offer:

Up to £82,000 + bonus
