Quinton Davies has been engaged to urgently secure an Interim 2nd Line Support Analyst for our client in Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative and passionate team within an organisation that truly values its people and invests heavily in technology.

Prioritising customer service you will ensure incident, request, problem, configuration and change processes are managed efficiently utilising colleagues, internal teams and third parties.

In order to apply for the position of Interim 2nd Line Support Analyst you will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Demonstrable experience in a 2nd Line Support role
  • Demonstrable experience supporting Office 365 and Skype
  • Proven experience supporting VMWare
  • Demonstrable skills in SQL
  • Proven experience providing a high level of customer service working as part of a team

In return our client are able to offer a competitive day rate up to £150/day
