Account Support Executive
iRecruit Specialist are recruiting for a Customer Software Support Executive to join the team in Wokingham. You will be answering 1st line customer support telephone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer care.
- Respond swiftly to inbound customer telephone calls, where the nature could be either technical or accountancy related ensuring customer support meet agreed SLA's
- Respond to assigned support tickets via email and telephone
- Keep up to date with all product knowledge (Tax & Accountancy)
- Assist existing and prospective customers with general sales enquiries, taking payments where necessary
- Enhance and maintain support materials as directed (FAQ's, user guides and knowledge base)
- Ensure that you are sharing your knowledge and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best customer experience possible is delivered.
- Identify areas we can improve on, whether customer facing or internal processes.
- Confident, calm and concise telephone manner
- Clear communication both written and spoken
