Salary: £65,000 - £85,000pa + bonus, pension, private healthcare

A fantastic opportunity for a Head of Service Management to join a great organisation as part of their senior management team. The company is currently going through the largest transformation programme in their history, as they look to become a centre of excellence for data and services that they deliver to a major UK industry.

Reporting directly to the CIO, the Head of Service Management will own service management and operations across the organisation. You will be accountable for the delivery of Service Management & Operation services to the business and external customers, ensuring agreed service levels and KPI's are met. You will have overall responsibility for up to 20 people with 4-5 direct reports.

You will have a strong background in the customer experience aspect, and will work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and externally, as well as having worked with a large customer service base previously, understanding the service process across IT support and infrastructure.

Key skills/experience required for this role include:
  • Senior management experience in service management and operations
  • Strong ITIL and ITSM knowledge
  • Line management experience
  • ISO 27001 knowledge
  • Experience working in a large customer service base (1,000+ users)
  • Background in IT support, infrastructure and IT Management
  • Experienced in delivering programmes and BAU projects

You will have experience working in major transformation environments, and demonstrate dealing with senior stakeholders.
