This company is recruiting an Assistant Land Manager to join their Land Buying and Commercial department. The successful candidate will be sourcing residential development land throughout Northern England.

Assistant Land Manager Duties:

- Identification of potential development opportunities
- Visiting potential sites and carrying out land feasibility reports
- Managing the acquisition of sites, and directly manage several acquisitions from identification, diligence, offer, contract, purchase, planning, through to pre-start on the sites acquired.
- Monitor the Division's land database including site registration, development plans and offers submitted.
- Maintain and expand the Division's key contact base, e.g. land agents, land owners, etc
- Assist the Land Manager and Development Director on major projects and with other relevant duties as required.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working as a Land Manager or Property Buyer
- Team player/ motivator and able to build rapport
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiator
- Logical and analytical
