Our client based in Manchester is currently seeking 2 Email Marketing Executives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the lead generation and digital conversion for our client s product portfolio through email campaigns. You will need an analytical and data driven approach to target data segments and previous delegates. Working with an established marketing department you will be a product champion for training courses understanding the benefits to the individual and the organisation creating content for campaign landing pages and scheduling engaging monthly e newsletters. The role holder will work with the Head of Marketing to shape and implement the e marketing strategy for the B2B training course audience.


Take ownership of lead generation and landing page conversion of traffic generated via email platform for the training course portfolio

Use product and audience insight to segment marketing and previous delegate data to create highly targeted e campaigns

Create a e campaign planner to promote the training product portfolio

Build schedule and report on all email marketing activity

Utilise email automation software

Create campaign audience product specific landing pages to improve email traffic conversions

Track and analyse website traffic flow to support with wider website optimisation projects

Work collaboratively with Head of Marketing and Digital Executive to implement multichannel campaigns

Become an audience champion to feed into the product development process

Utilise dynamic content in e campaigns


Excellence in the use of email marketing platforms is essential. Current ESP is Adestra

Experience in creating landing pages using third party software such as unbounce

Strong understanding of data audience segmentation

Experience marketing to a B2B audience

Strong copy writing skills writing benefit driven engaging copy for targeted audiences

Ability to work under own initiative while collaborating with a wider team

Proven track record of creating targeted high performing lead generation campaigns

Experience of using email automation based on time delays and behaviour triggers

Basic HTML CSS skills to design e campaigns is desirable

CIM level 3 would be a great advantage or other marketing qualification . Email marketing for lead generation
