Teaching Personnel
Bath, UK
12 Jul 2019
09 Aug 2019
Contract Type
Full Time
Are you a graduate with an undergraduate degree?

Are you thinking about a career in education but don't have the experience to get your foot in the door?

Are you fed up having to write lengthy application forms and not even getting a response?

Are you available full-time (8:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday) in September?

If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a secondary academy in Bath that is looking to take on a number of graduates in September. There are many reason the school likes graduates: they are committed as they are focusing on a career in education; they are bright, enthusiastic and relate well with the students. Also, we have had students with subject specialisms that have brought extra value in terms of extra curricular activities and the school loves this. We have had Psychology graduates for instance who have set up their own Lego Therapy club.

The role will be working in small groups and 1:1, likely with students with mild SEND (Special Education Needs). You will get full training but you must be comfortable or willing to support students with challenging behaviour.

In return, you will get a whole year's experience working in a very well run school, which will give you a very strong chance of getting onto a PGCE course if this is something you are looking into.

* Weekly pay with no umbrella fees or paper timesheets

* pay, diary and tax all managed on our app

* CPD available including de-escalation training, TEAM TEACH

* Full support and training from the SENCO
