£20,000 - £25,000

Looking for an experienced First Line Support to join a rapidly growing top finTech company.

Due to new business wins and continual boarding of new clients you will work closely with the IT team with small to medium-sized IT projects.

My client is looking for an First Line Support to help ensure the business IT operations are running smoothly, and providing an excellent level of service and support to users of IT services.

As an Frist Line Support for this FinTech business you must have previous experience in the following;
  • Experience of working on a service desk, dealing with 1st line support over the telephone and face to face.
  • Strong experience of problem solving, troubleshooting and fault-finding software applications issues.
  • Experience of helping users to convey information to both technical and non-technical people within the business.
  • Good understanding of MS Windows desktop computing including networking technologies and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite and its components. Office 365 experience an advantage.
