You serve as an ambassador to the customer's team and ensure their business priorities are aligned to maximize the value of their investment, and accelerate their digital transformation. AIOps moves fast and you'll need to be responsive to requests, flexible yet organized, and always ready to jump in and lead.The TAM is responsible for ensuring customers realize the full value of AIOps and continue to use the Moogsoft platform. TAMs are responsible for business subscription renewals. Additionally, an effective TAM will work closely with the Moogsoft sales team to strategize on ways to create new opportunities and growth within the accounts they serve.
