Real Time Pricing (RTP) Analyst

Location: Manchester

Role Type: Permanent - full time

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 + Flexible Benefits

Working Hours: 37.50 per week

What's happening?

Ardonagh Group recently acquired Swinton Insurance and formed a division called Atlanta Group that includes Swinton, Carole Nash & Autonet. This has resulted in a huge period of change and transformation in most department of our business.

What to know about this role?

Autonet has one of UK's leading RTP teams and has maximised the usage potential of CDL. We are looking to replicate that success at Swinton and looking for 2 Real Time Pricing Analysts to join to the team as intermediaries between the RTP developers and the different areas of the business.

The RTP Analyst works with systems and developers ensuring the tools for real time pricing are working efficiently by manually testing the functionality and feeding back to developers and managing the internals stakeholders' expectations.

Who do you report into?

You will report into the Real Time Pricing Manager of Atlanta Group who has teams across Autonet & Swinton. They have +9 years experience in the business (5 of them in systems) and have progressed from contact centre to leading the Real Time Pricing teams at Group level.

What projects will you be working on?

This is a "Business as usual" role in which you will be doing (Apply online only) rule changes to amend pricing every month. You will be the "middle man" between developers and stakeholders (many of which are senior).

You will be testing the Real Time Pricing Developers work on the systems ensuring we perform accurate changes and managing expectations with the stakeholders.

What skills & experience do you require?

* Experience in a role where you need to manage stakeholders at various levels

* Experience working in an analytical role linked to a software development/change

* Experience testing developers work

* Software: CDL (Strata, Echelon) Open GI, TGSL

Who are your key relationships?

Whilst you report into the RTP Manager you will also deal with their seniors, the Head of Broker Systems & Director of Systems Delivery. You will also liaise with PMOs and technology & change partners associated with CDL and other suppliers.
