Are you a driven and enthusiastic Graduate looking to enter the world of financial services?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful financial planning and employee benefits business in Bristol who are seeking a Client Services Administrator to help in the administration of client portfolios.

As a Client Service Administrator your primary role is to service requests received through a variety of service channels from corporate clients.

Key Accountabilities

·Maintain customer accounts in line with set processes and guidelines

·Process customer transactions adhering regulatory requirements and ensuring a high degree of accuracy

·Working within data protection guidelines to ensure customers are continually protected from errors and unauthorised access.

·Deliver a wide variety of administrative tasks to provide an effective service to both internal and external customers

Skills / Experience and Competencies

Educated to degree level, with strong literacy and numerical skills this role requires an individual with a team player attitude.You MUST possess excellent communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail to deal with a wide range of customers but internally and externally.Prior customer service experience would be advantageous.
