A large not-for-profit organisation based in South Yorkshire

Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a SEO, PPC, CRO and Optimisation specialist to join their growing team. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a not-for-profit organisation and really make a difference to what they are doing! Using analytics, you will help them better understand their audience and support with acquisition through optimisation.

  • Create and implement a way the business can better understand how their key audiences use the digital platforms, content and services
  • Improve outreach to key audiences and convert them to supporting the organisations work or taking part in the events/activities.
  • Re-shape the analytics, SEO and PPC programs, as well sharing the results to key internal stakeholders and determining best practices
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and key external suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth running of the project.
  • Preparing campaign briefs, insight reports, advising on changes to digital platforms to improve results, as well as overseeing the delivery and spend on digital advertising - particularly the PPC program.
  • Meet the ambitious organisational digital growth and engagement goals, as well as providing best practice insight guidance to colleagues working with digital across the organisation.

Personal Profile
  • Strong experience of working in analytics, SEO and PPC
  • Excellent understanding of the principles and ability to successfully run paid search, digital and social media advertising programs (with the focus on large PPC and Google Grant program) that drives traffic, engagement and conversions to digital platforms
  • Excellent understanding of digital analytics principles and the ability to successfully setup analytics programs, that provide reports and insight that you can use to provide recommendations for improvements or assess whether a project is meeting its objectives.
  • Excellent understanding of the principles of Search Engine Optimisation and the ability to run an effective SEO program that enhances the engagement, traffic and relevance of our digital content to reach our key audiences.
  • Ability to explain complex results and information to colleagues, in a way that enables them to make clear business and project decisions
  • Confidently manage and build positive relationships with technology suppliers and agencies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presenting skills
  • Understanding of how to manage and supervise spend of digital advertising and social media budget, and project management.
  • Thrives in a collaborative workplace environment and excited to share knowledge and skills with colleagues.
  • Have successfully completed certification for Google AdWords, all the Google Analytics Academy courses and Data Studio, as well as being able to demonstrate excellent understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, social media advertising and wider digital marketing concepts.
