As a Commercial Account Executive and you're up to your eyeballs with renewals. It's Monday morning and your Manager wants to know where the new business is coming from this week.

Frustrating a little but it's understandable. You just don't have time to physically cold call to generate new business as your days are spent visiting existing clients. Just imagine having a full team of Telesales Executives who are there to open doors and book meetings in on your behalf?

Great news, we are working closely with one of the fastest growing insurance Brokers in the UK who have an opportunity available to join their Leicester office as a Commercial Account Executive.

With the daily support from a Telesales team (Average approx. 10 leads shared out a day), you know you are going to get in front of more clients and in return be increasing your personal earnings.

Starting off on a basic salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 you will also receive 25% of every new business case you convert once you have hit your yearly target. Your on-target earnings depend on you, but will generally be between £45,000 - £70,000.

You will be dealing with a broad range of commercial risks including property and casualty, motor trade, motor fleet, engineering and many more.

Building rapport with commercial clients is what you do best but you feel winning complete new business as a Development Executive is getting tougher and tougher each year. Therefore this an opportunity you seriously need to apply for.

To be considered you must have a well-rounded background within commercial insurance. You will either be an experienced Account Executive looking for a new challenge, or perhaps a Commercial Account Handler looking for the next step up in your career.
