Tradewind Recruitment Nottingham are looking for a KS1 Leader to work in a school who are committed to improving the education for their pupils. The primary role as a KS1 leader is to oversee pupil attainment and progress within this area and to support high quality teaching and learning across the school.

The school is looking for a teacher who can play a key role in school review and self evaluation, establish CPD needs and opportunities and lead and manage pupil development, achievement and attainment in Key Stage One and support it across school as part of SLT.

As a KS1 Leader you need to be able to encourage the practice of working as a team, ensure high levels of professional accountability are held within the team, maintain high standards of classroom organisation, meet deadlines, share whole school responsibility for the pastoral care of pupils and staff and ensure staff are well informed of all aspects of school life in order to promote good communication and high morale.

You must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
