Online4baby started its journey selling nursery goods on 3rd party platforms and quickly became the No1 top rated power seller in the UK and largest baby megastore in Europe.

We are now one of the leading independent supplier of nursery products in the UK and operate out of 3 dispatch centres in the North West. We have doubled our volume of sales in the last 12 months, dispatching over 6000 baby products a week and have aggressive growth targets over the next 3 years.

We're now looking for a digital marketing manager tasked with maximising productivity and sales across our marketing channels and who can deal with the pressures of working within a fast-growing business.

The role will involve managing a small team looking after product inventory management, pricing and promotions across the website and developing creative marketing campaigns to engage with our current customer base and acquire new ones.

You will need to understand all aspects of selling online and use your knowledge and skills to improve sales and conversion rates as well as adding new profitable sales channels into the mix. We need someone who is analytical in nature with a keen eye for detail who can spot trends and opportunities and deliver solutions to capitalise on them.

We are a fast-paced business, growing quickly, and we want people who can roll their sleeves up, get stuck in and that can cope with a small amount of chaos!

Key roles and responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the O4B website content and pricing
  • Updating the website using our content management system
  • Monitor and optimise the website including conversion rate
  • Increase traffic through Search Engine Optimisation
  • Liaising with buying team to ensure stock is added correctly
  • Team management and development
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements
  • Drive online promotional activity through a variety of techniques (offers, bundles etc)

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2+ years in a similar e-commerce role
  • Experience of using website content management systems
  • Experience in conversion rate optimisation and growing sales
  • Knowledge of marketing principles including SEO
  • Strong understanding of analytical platforms including Google Analytics
  • Good attention to detail
  • Problem-solving, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
