Helpdesk Analyst - Epsom - £18,000 plus circa £2,000 on call allowance

A highly successful managed service provider based in Epsom are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team.

The successful individual will join the 1st line of their helpdesk team and help support thousands of clients with on premise IT and network related issues. This position has become available due to rapid company growth and the need for further support to join forces.

This role will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to the IT and Telecoms customer bases and escalating cases that require 2nd/3rd line support. It will also be the successful candidate's task to maintain SLAs on support tickets ensuring the resolution of customer problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.


- This is a trainee opportunity, the ideal candidate would be a college or university leaver that has studied an IT based qualification. Training will be provided on the job.
