Are you a Secondary History teacher seeking to work in the Poole area?

We have a fantastic opportunity with a rapidly improving secondary schools in the Poole area. The History teacher will be expected to implement the schools efforts to improve the Humanities department within the school. With a dedicated faculty focused on driving standards, you will find endless support and helpful colleagues.

The Role:
  • Part time (0.6)
  • KS3 and KS4 History Teacher
  • Poole based Secondary School
  • Long term role with opportunity to go permanent for the right History Teacher

We have been working with this school on a regular basis for the past few years and our teachers have always told us it is a lovely place to work. The pupils are well supported in their studies at home and this is demonstrated in their attitude and progression through the school.

To be considered you should meet the following criteria:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status,
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Excellent organisational and ICT skills
  • You can provide 2 teaching references
  • You hold the right to work in the UK
  • You have a DBS or are willing to complete one.
  • You have a provable track record of teaching History at KS3 or KS4.
