A leading E-commerce business in Brighton is seeking a very commercially driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager with min 4 years experience who will be responsible for delivering a combined PPC, Display, Affiliate and SEO strategy that delivers against big commercial targets by autonomously driving improved commercial returns across these channels. The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with the digital performance agency and internal stakeholders to proactively and continuously optimise and adjust activity to achieve consistent performance improvements and set future plans.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the:

·Planning and delivery of an integrated digital marketing plan; the primary objective to achieve direct sales through all digital acquisition channels (PPC, display, affiliates)

·Working with the Head of CRM to understand customer profiles, needs and preferences to ensure the delivery of "the right message to the right customers at the right time in the right way"

·Manage the digital marketing agency partners (search performance and affiliate) to optimise digital marketing performance and conversion. Ensuring all search campaigns are optimised to meet targets and be delivered on time and budget

·Plan paid media spend and budgets with a strategic and long-term view to deliver bookings in line with the business strategy

·Daily Management of the digital marketing budget, maintaining full control of spend and budget allocation for paid media and affiliate channels

·Work closely with the Trading Managers to understand business objectives and implement all activity as required to meet sales targets.

The Digital Marketing Manager will have

·A broad and strong digital marketing background in an e-commerce environment of at least 3-4 years

·Open to an Agency or Client side background or both

·Experience managing agencies and digital marketing budgets

·A robust commercial understanding where ROI is used as the core measure

·Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords

·Sound understanding of all digital marketing channels and how they interact with each other

·Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

·Excellent planning and project management skills

·Strong attention to detail, highly numerate and analytical but with a level head working under pressure whilst delivering a consistent quality of work

·A proactive approach to work and passionate in achieving and exceeding targets
