Are you seeking a new opportunity to work for an iconic brand which us worn all over the world today? If so then look no further, currently seeking a Store Manager to work for a fantastic brand which is a combination of retro flair and subtle branding.

You will be a commercially driven and results focused Assistant Manager, with a clear understanding of KPI's. This is a permanent, full time position, with a completive salary of £32,000 per annum PLUS BONUS, based in Gloucester.

Key responsibilities as a Store Manager:
  • Driving an exceptional customer service experience
  • Leading your team to exceed sales targets
  • KPI's and personal goal
  • Training, coaching and developing your te
  • Setting objectives for team, reviewing performance against set objective
  • Utilising commercial reports to make decisions promote the brand and increase sale
  • Hosting customer events, brand events and identifying local marketing opportunities
  • Drive the marketing and sales through various platforms of Social Media
  • Liaising with head office teams, and your Area Manager
  • Managing retail standards across the store through the team
  • Reviewing competitor activity and developing strategies accordingly

Key Skills required as a Store Manager:
  • Highly desirable to have previous Store Manager experience
  • Commercially driven and results focused.
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Believe in the brand
  • Marketing / Sales experience

You should also currently be working in or have had experience in a fashion focused environment and be able to demonstrate examples of dealing with a high flow of customers, a structured process and upholding strict brand standards and operating procedures.
