If you have answered yes to all of the above, then you may be interested to find out more about a new and exciting opportunity we are currently recruiting for, here at SME Insurance Services Ltd (SMEi).Salesforce CRMEnsure that the benefits of the Salesforce CRM are realised including delivering and maintaining a single customer view, management of data from multiple sources, automation of campaigns, providing insightManage all aspects of the CRM: data manipulation, uploading new data, data cleansing and managementWhere data is coming from multiple sources into the CRM, ensure the data integration / matching rules meet the needs of the business and third parties and are accurately implementedManage and grow the contactable database to ensure there is a sufficient prospect pipeline to meet future business growth plansEnsure all legal and compliance requirements are delivered accurately and in a timely manner, including data usage and deletion (under GDPR regulations), TPS etcEnsure data quality is maintained, working with the operations teams to ensure the correct processes are in place to continually use customer interactions to cleanse the data and prevent degradation of qualityData driven marketingUnderstand the marketable opportunity held within the CRMWorking with key stakeholders, define the data selections required to drive sales and retention campaigns and exploit all opportunitiesUndertake data extracts / design data feeds for digital / non digital campaigns including outbound telemarketing, email, SMSMeasure campaign performance and present insight and recommendations to key stakeholdersDevelop test and learn plans for optimising performance of data driven marketing activityAnalysisDeliver Salesforce dashboards and bespoke MI to understand the performance of the data, building deeper customer insights, recommending and implementing customer segmentation and profiling to drive performanceDevelop the Salesforce reporting capability to ensure that it provides useful management information, ensuring key data is available within the Salesforce reporting tool to improve sales - e.g. cross sell / upsell take-upUse performance MI to build customised contact strategies for different client segments implementing initiatives to develop a more personalized customer communication strategy, driving greater engagement and optimizing all opportunities to grow customer loyalty and valueEnsure operational and management MI is delivered as required by the business, providing insight on performance and improvementsDevelop and implement scoring and lead management strategiesYou will have previous experience within a similar role and have an in depth understanding of Business Information AnalysisInsurance industryGeneral insurance needs of small businessesAll relevant departmental processesThe successful candidate is required to show the following skills & experience A positive "can do" approach to problem solvingDesire for personal development and willingness to learnAbility to multi-task along with an attention to detailStrong influencing and communication skills at all levelsProfessional manner with the integrity required to work in a regulated environmentTo lead by example and ensure that appropriate levels of behaviour in the office are demonstrated by team members at all times.To work with and support the business, with progression and succession planning.To work with and support the business on internal project work, including delivering continuous improvement for the overall department and business.Collaborate effectively with teams across the business to drive improvement.Sharing best practise across teamsSME Insurance Services Ltd (SMEi) is an insurance broker providing commercial insurance to small and medium sized businesses.
