Product Manager (Billing Services)Why is this role key to our business?As a top ten tech company to work for Manchester we are looking for a Product Manager to join us here in Salford Quays. You will represent "Operations" and "Treatment" for the landline Billing function across the rest of the business, provide SME information to Billing and ensure that the Billing team have the processes in place to manage both BAU and workarounds.About the role You will bring your excellent expertise to Talk Talk in managing our billing product backlog. You will be liaising with customers facing teams and operational teams to ensure that a simple billing experience is implemented for new products. This tole gives you a great opportunity to use your creative side as you will be able to make suggestions which will improve customer experience as we believe it is one of the top priorities of our company. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating any risks to the business by providing visibility to the management team with regards to policies, processes and projects.About you You are a creative thinker who loves a get stuck in and 'gets things done'. You have previously worked as a Product Owner or Product Manager and have extensive project management experience. Knowledge of Billing across the Telecoms industry would be great. This role is suited to an individual with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
