Communities & Marketing Assistant
The Communities & Marketing Assistant will primarily assist in the delivery of HSCHT's community work programme. This will include meeting and working with community groups and other partners to help identify local housing needs, investigating funding opportunities and ways to deliver affordable housing in communities. Facilitating HSCHT's marketing programme is another key duty of the post and this will entail reviewing and updating marketing materials, promoting HSCHT and our other brands at events and on social media and implementing our Marketing & Communications strategy. Knowledge or experience of rural development and providing affordable housing is essential along with good interpersonal skills, proven blog, press release and report writing skills and the ability to be innovative and come up with fresh ideas. A current driving license and use of a car is also essential. Previous experience of working on projects which deliver economic and social benefits would be desirable as would previous experience assisting with marketing and social media promotion.
