HR Administrator

This unique opportunity offers an aspiring HR professional the opportunity to develop within a market leading business in Northampton. The business which is a subsidiary of a world-renowned global company are looking for an ambitious & eager HR Administrator who is keen to develop within the organisation.

Main responsibilities & duties of HR Administrator:

- Pivotal in the recruitment process, advertising new vacancies, reference checking, on boarding and arranging training & inductions for new starters
- Supporting the HR team in formal meetings through arranging meetings, minute taking
- Administration including data inputting, maintenance of personnel files, policy & letter writing, contractual amendments, distributing gifts and maintenance of the payroll system

As the new HR Administrator, you will:

- Ideally have 1 years experience within a HR position or a minimum of 3 years administration experience
- An understanding of the basics of employment contracts
- Be meticulous & accurate
- Be proficient in Microsoft office

What can you achieve as a HR Administrator:

- £18,000 - £20,000

You must be able to travel to Northampton for this position.
