EDI and Catalogues Team Leader

A Day in the LifeMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Lead a team of 2 people initially (with the potential for significant growth), responsible for managing customer price catalogues. This may be either online (for customers using EDI platforms), or offline (for ad hoc requests from other customers). Drive team to achieve the highest possible standards of catalogue management, delivering outstanding service to our customers. Organise the work of the team, proactively flagging issues and continuously improving processes. Coach the team to develop, and build engagement and inclusion.Work with wider Pricing team and other partners to ensure that portfolio changes (new product launches, discontinued lines) are updated in a timely fashion onto the relevant catalogue platforms.Partner with the leaders of the contracting, tendering and strategy teams, to ensure insight and opportunities are shared across the contracting pathway. Maintain relationships with key individuals at all levels, both internally (Sales, Marketing, Pricing colleagues) and externally (Procurement and catalogue management teams in Trusts and Hubs).MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES o Monitor the work of your team, ensuring SLAs are met and issues flagged proactivelyo Work alongside the team day-to-day.
