Are you a creative and business minded Head of Marketing/ Digital who is looking for their next challenging and rewarding role? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a FMCG business which is one of the top 5 brands in the most exciting sector within the FMCG industry. The objective of the role is to drive commercial performance by implementing a clear brand identity and increasing focus in the business on digital marketing and eCommerce.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Marketing and communications - managing production of marketing POS and communication of company values through all marketing communications
  • PR - responsible for managing a PR agency to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Digital Marketing - develop and maintain a strong eCommerce strategy by implementing influencer outreach, PPC, email, content, SEO, display and CRM strategies
  • Research - keep up to date with trends in the market by reading industry specific magazines, attending conferences, carrying out customer surveys etc
  • Social Media - plan & monitor the ongoing presence on Social Media websites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube) , and manage the external agency
  • NPD & packaging - work closely with the New Product Development manager to suggest ideas for new products using the aforementioned research
  • Budget - Manage the external agencies to ensure all projects are within budget and yield a high ROI
  • Brand - Implement a 12 month brand plan
  • Team & People - hold weekly team meetings, coach and train direct line reports and attend senior management meetings

We're looking for:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Head of Marketing/ Head of Digital/ Marketing Director role
  • Prior experience implementing a brand plan and creating a clear brand identity
  • Proven track record implementing Digital Marketing strategies to increase overall sales
  • Ideally experience within an FMCG company - experience in a Food, Beverages or Nutritional would be perfect
