Service Desk Engineer - 2nd / 3rd Line

Duration: 3 Months

Service Desk Engineer is required to join a business that are currently going through significant expansion. As a Service Desk Engineer you will be working for a technology services and solutions organisation that place technology at the heart of their business.

Service Desk Engineer Responsibilities:

* Analytical fault finding on networks and systems;
* Repair of server, storage and end-point systems;
* Communication of information to technical and none technical users;
* IT service desk and on-site delivery (following a rota system attending site as required);
* IT service delivery.

To be considered for the role you must have:

* Solid experience in 2nd /3rd line IT support;
* Technical experience or qualifications in Microsoft and related products
* Experience of service desk environments;
* Experience with Datacentre Technologies and Cloud Services;
* Server, storage and end-point technology experience;
* Excellent customer service skills.
