Celebrating 5 years in trading, Terra Computers Ltd, who are the largest independent systems builder, are now looking to expand with the addition on an IT Apprentice!

Located in Warwickshire, you will learn to build machines, test and fault-find whilst working towards an industry-led qualification!

Salary, Hours & Benefits
  • £9000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • 20 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Manager your daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
  • Providing 1st line technical support
  • Building and prepping Laptops and Desktops
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults on machines
  • Testing
  • Working within a small team
  • Carrying out warranty repairs
  • Updating CRM system

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.
