Finance & Office Manager for a busy role within a large firm in the Stirling area managing all finance & administration functions. As well as setting & managing large service charge budgets, you'll be dealing with financial reporting and ledgers as well as managing the office administrator.

Finance & Office Manager
  • Service charge management and financial reporting including processing invoices, budgeting, expenditure and reconciliation
  • Maintenance of budget expenditure and records, invoice/purchase order tracking and reporting of all items of expenditure
  • Management & direction of office administration staff member
  • Request financial cost movements from client accounts or service charge team
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate weekly expenditure
  • Compiling regular reports on all financial & administration matters.
  • Development and implementation of procedures in order to gain greater efficiency and savings to all areas of the service charge budgets.
  • Attend Management meetings producing detailed & accurate minutes.
  • Handling general enquiries directed to management office.
  • Maintaining management rotas and holiday & sickness recording
  • Coordination of local IT Issues with our specialist provider
  • Order placement for office stationery and consumables.
  • Ensure Compliance with all Company financial and administration procedures.
  • Oversee and manage the reconciliation income reports by other members of the site administration team and ensure cash collections are collected and reported on time.
  • Preparation of accrual sheets.
  • Prepare any administration supporting documentation for audits and liaise with auditors throughout to successful completion.
  • Liaising with utility consultants regarding the processing of utility bills for payment and answering queries
