Are you looking for a new and exciting role with lots of variety?

My client, a telecommunications company, are looking for an experienced 1st line Support Engineer to join their rapidly growing company. This role is both office primarily but you may be required to do installs so you must be a driver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Relations (building and maintaining relationships with both suppliers and our customers.)
  • Installations of connectivity and VoIP systems, ensuring the customer has had some training and is happy with the service
  • Working on multiple hosted VoIP platforms to provision, install and support telephone systems for our new and existing customers.
  • Working with lines and connectivity - Such as broadbands, fibre connections and leased lines; ordering the services, managing the installation and provisioning any needed equipment.
  • Maintaining the support desk, to keep on top of any problems or queries our customers have; this could be to do with any of the services we provide.

Person Specification
  • Time Management (both punctuality and working to deadlines.)
  • Customer Service (ensuring on phone calls, support emails and on customer sites that the customer is happy with the provided service.)
  • Driving License
  • Technical minded

Salary is £20-25K depending on experience
