Responsibilities:
*Deputise for Customer Support Manager.
*Managing the team on a daily basis.
*Ensure processes are in place and reviewed quarterly making ensure best practice is followed.
*Administer all Tool Hire and Purchase requests in a timely manner.
*Provide an efficient pricing function for contract supported business
*Support other department; taking calls, responding to emails and sales order processing Ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner.
*Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
*Provide pricing and delivery information in a timely manner.
*Deal with general enquiries relating to product information, identification and availability.
*Investigate and solve customer issues ensuring all discrepancies are dealt
*Produce & develop KPI's on team performance.
Skills required:
*Excellent time management

*Able to interpret and relay complex product instruction information
