Cordant People are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator on behalf of our client in Montrose. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a well-known organisation in the area.

The Role :
  • Support the maintenance and delivery of the organisations client competency training matrices.
  • Maintain and develop effective client relationships, delivering excellent customer service in support of the delivery of effective training solutions.
  • Deliver all training requirements to ensure the organisations clients personnel are able to perform their roles including medical certifications where appropriate.
  • Ensure training, medicals and travel is booked in line with both the pre-approved supplier lists and individual client procedures.
  • Accurately record client bookings using internal systems to create detailed summary reports, which can be used to invoice the client on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure all certification is received, recorded and stored on client databases in line with their individual protocols.
  • Maintain an up to date understanding of courses provided by individual training providers.

The Person :
  • Previous experience in a similar role advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as as part of a team.
  • Innovative minset.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
