Purchase Ledger Clerk - Barton Upon Humber - £17,500 - £19,500

Chase & Holland are proud to be working exclusively with this fast-paced large manufacturing business to recruit an enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their well-established finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a driven, reputable business, due to their rapid growth.

Joining the Purchase Ledger team your duties will include:
  • All aspects of Purchase Ledger, processing a high volume of invoices (including multi-currency) and 3-way matching
  • Dealing with queries relating to the ledger and all transactions, including liaising with different departments to resolve price and stock queries
  • Coding invoices to the nominals
  • Preparing payment runs
  • GRNI reporting
  • Setting up new suppliers and updating records
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

  • Has experience of inputting a high volume of invoices
  • Is able to work to tight deadlines
  • Is numerate and accurate
  • Can work as part of a team and possess the ability to prioritise your own workload
