Magdalene are currently looking to recruit a Project Delivery Manager. You will be part of our programme team who are responsible for the operational delivery of Magdalene's projects and services.

For this role, you will be required to work nationally, which could include travel to our other office locations.

The Project Delivery Manager will be expected to schedule and drive through programmes of work including the provision / upgrade of copper and fibre network infrastructure, the processing and completion of civils type activities, installation of equipment, the testing of completed work together with the submission of any associated records and certificates.

You will provide supervision, coaching and guidance to our Project Coordinators plus attend client meetings and prepare programme reports as required.

Skills & Experience required:

·Skilled in the delivery of fibre and copper network solutions with proven skills interacting with clients to discuss programme requirements and progress.

·The ability to schedule cabling and civils activities and successfully deliver these within agreed timescales

·A proven track record of delivering network solutions through both direct labour and sub-contractor resourcing models

·The ability to raise work permits with Local Highways Authorities and discuss the terms and conditions of these permits where necessary to ensure they are successfully granted

·Hold client meetings to discuss programme requirements, resolve issues and report on progress

·Understanding and experience on working in confined spaces, overheads and customer internal locations.

·Organisational and planning skills, resolving issues that arise pragmatically and swiftly.

·Establish project trackers to control and monitor programme activity

·Drive delivery performance to the required run rate and milestone achievement

·Compliance to all Health, Safety and Environmental practises

Accreditations and skills desired:

·Experience of Local Access Networks

·The ability to build good rapport with our customers

·Strong understanding of copper and fibre network infrastructures

·Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications

·Full UK driving licence

·Excellent communication skills via email, telephone and face to face
