A Day in the LifeResponsible for developing, deploying and measuring demand generation campaigns in EMEA. Works closely with EMEA Marketing and Sales managers, local Marketing teams, and the Global Marketing Team. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Build scalable, automated EMEA demand generation campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.Manage lead routing process from Eloqua to Salesforce.com, including lead capture, lead conversion, and lead queuing.Have a good technical understanding of Eloqua and Salesforce integration and processes, trouble shoot issues and continuously improve lead routing processes.Work with full digital marketing team and marketing operations colleagues to deliver effective and creative multi-channel digital campaigns. Present campaign analytics and demonstrate ongoing optimisation of campaigns.Support the growth, clean-up, and segmentation of Eloqua database to maximize campaign performance.Support training related to automated demand generation and lead management.Leverage lead scoring approach to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.Must HavesBusiness degree, Marketing degree or a related fieldExpert in Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platform and CRM: Salesforce.comStrong experience in marketing automation campaign definition and deployment.Experience in project/program management. Experience with digital analytics.Sales & Marketing experience in medical device or Healthcare industry is an advantage.
