We have a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work as a Training Coordinator in Cardiff on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a worldwide distributor of products, services and supplies for the healthcare sector.

As a Training Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive training administration and administrative support services across the Field Service organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Service Manager and Senior Operations to ensure appropriate training is scheduled and booked for the Field Service Team
  • Liaising with all suppliers to ensure a schedule is maintained on all available training
  • Booking all travel arrangements, liaising with engineers on travelling times and maintaining service system for absences
  • Arranging test equipment to be calibrated on an annual basis. Contacting tech to return, sending out loans, contacting the supplier to arrange calibration
  • Maintaining car kit information and reconciling on the system, keep a log of any additions suggested by the Field Techs
  • Maintaining a cost spreadsheet against the assigned budget for all annual training requirements
  • Maintaining internal training matrix for the business benefit and highlighting any gaps

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience working with a service desk role
  • 1+ years' experience within a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Great organisation skills
